What if I cant find the dealer where I purchase the unit?
You may select "Others" from the Dealer List
Can I register my old Devant unit?
What if I lost my receipts?
You may ask a certificate of proof of purchase from the dealer where you bought your unit
Where is your Service Centers?
I got a replacement unit, what should I upload in my receipt/sales invoice image
All you need to attach is the picture of your aknowledgement receipt or delivery receipt upon acceptance of the new unit
Can I register my Hisense unit to my Devant portal account?
Yes, you may register your Hisense products to your Devant customer portal account.
Is the customer portal an app that can be dowloaded?
No, it's not a mobile app
